Seriously. Reiff changed the attitude in that room. Elflein makes such a difference on the protections. Last year many were lauding Berger because PFF ranked him best run blocking center. But he really struggled at Center.
I think it's either Elflein or Reiff. I'm not sure I could pick one over the other, because we haven't see a lot of them missing at different times. Thielen is a stud, but we've got a lot of receiving threats that I believe would rise to the occassion over the course of a season. Case is playing great football, but I think a lot of QBs would play good enough football in his position. Kudos to Rick for picking him up though. I don't think he would have did it a couple years ago.
Case and Elflein. We would have been more screwed without Case, but we saw that Hill could have filled in at LT in a pinch. Easton at Center was a bit of a train wreck. Elflein is not the most stout Center, but takes great angles, plays with great leverage, knows his and others assignments, and is deceptively athletic getting down field for key second level blocks.
