Diggs' Knee Swells
#1

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Stefon Diggs' knee swelled up overnight and is now questionable for Week 13 against the Patriots.
Schefter notes Diggs will have to test the knee in pregame warmups before a decision is made. IT sounds like he's no better than 50-50 to play Sunday afternoon. It's tough for fantasy footballers with this being a 4:25 PM ET kickoff. Backup plans need to be in place. We should know Diggs' official status before 3 PM ET. Adam Thielen would be a target-hog if Diggs has to sit.

So who do we have? Treadwell? Who else? I guess Robinson?

Actually, now I think about it, Vikings are going to need Cook to play a much bigger role in the passing game.

Tough enough one to win with him.

Wonder if Bebe can play today? Wish we could rely on our former #1 WR to pick-up the slack.

Would be nice to have that 1st round pick actually make a significant contribution at least for one game.
If Diggs is out then the Patriots can help on Thielen and then not worry about anyone other receiver.

They needed that anyways. But yah, I agree with the sentiment if Diggs cant go.

This is also why they wanted to claim Abdullah a few weeks back. If Diggs can't go I'd imagine both Cook and Abdullah will get heavy snaps in the slot.

Fantasy advice? I was going to play Chris Carson over Dalvin Cook in my flex. But if Diggs sits, I'm probably going with Cook. I just think the Vikings are going to need to find explosive plays somewhere and Cook is going to have to be it.

Don't shoot me if it doesn't work out but I think I'd probably role with Cook either way.

my understanding was we'd be lucky to see Beebe again this year.

It's close. Carson has been a beast lately, but his matchup is questionable. I think I'm going to go with Cook. It'll be more fun and his upside is higher, especially if Diggs sits.
