...then the kid, KOC, and the team are all complete morons.
KOC, JJM, Flores...make a good plan, or you'll be following Kwesi....

Too much tumult for me the last few weeks. I need a breather.

Good move by JJ, family and agent just to remain quiet.

Let the kid just work on his craft in peace.

Lord knows the circus will begin when the rooks/vets are all here for OTA's

Hurry-up Vikings, we ain't getting any younger!

I would imagine his agent and the team have advised him to refrain from making any comments, although that will probably make him want to do it even more  Big Grin

It's funny...it's usually agent(s) that start the rumors of the player(s) wanting to be traded or released...

JJ has been on social media, lol. He posted several times in the last 3 weeks, once from the collegiate hockey playoffs. There's no moratorium keeping him off Instagram, not sure why there would be.

I think it would be foolish for JJ to request a trade this offseason. Even more foolish for the Vikings to accommodate him.

I think based on what he showed last year, it's unlikely at this point he'd get traded to be a starter anywhere. He'd either sit in San Diego behind Herbert with his buddy Harbaugh, or compete with a highly-drafted rookie elsewhere. But if he shows significant improvement in the preseason and whatever games he gets into in 2026, he could give the Vikings something to think about next March when they have to make a decision to either give big money to Kyler or small money to him.

If the Vikings choose to bag Murray long term, a rehabilitated JJ, now with some consistency on tape, could make a good case for a starting job somewhere...and the Vikings would likely get quite a bit more draft capital then as well.

This is an article of pure speculation?  No one is actually saying that JJM actually wants out?

Regardless, trading JJM would be moronic.

JJM "camp"

i.e. BS guy looking for clicks.
