Addison Arrested AGAIN (old news now)
#41
His agent has less leverage with every incident...

Hell, this might work to the Vikings favor.

Charges against Vikings WR Jordan Addison stemming from last week's arrest will not be filed, according to Hillsborough County court records. The state attorney filed a termination of prosecution this afternoon.

no charges doesnt mean something didnt happen,  that kid needs to show better decision making if he is going to see real money for his skills.
Why isn't Chuck Foreman in the Hall of Fame?

Right?

Means he had some good lawyers lol!

I hope he shows better decision making on-going, but I have my many doubts.

IMO this is good for us.   This year his #'s were down with JJM and the QB rotation and then you throw this 3rd offense on top of it?

Not many teams will want a piece of him especially with a high price tag.

Which makes it easier for us to retain him and I HOPE TO GOD JJM or a vet QB can actually throw a f-ing ball next so we dont waste this team for another year

Cheating a casino.  The irony

Some more irony here.
A good friend of mine told me that he made acquaintance with an attorney in Miami...who was hired by the University to do one thing all football season...and that was to keep Michael Irvin out of jail.  He was an out of control party animal in college.  I wonder how many nosebleeds he had during his career?

I dont see the good in having to carry a high priced #3 because you cant count on your #2 to keep his ass out of trouble.  IMO the likelihood of losing Nailor puts WR on the list of needs in the draft,  which really blows since we spent a 1st rounder on one but cant count on him to even show up.

How about we just sign a veteran #2?  Let's face it...JA was open a lot because defenses focus on stopping Jefferson.  He's an odd duck in the locker room.  He was near the bottom in drops in 2025 as well as near the bottom for Targets vs Receptions (53.2%)  He has one year left on his rookie contract plus the club 5th year option so he has some trade value.  Is this a guy the team can really depend on?

To me, this discussion is eerily similar to the should we pay the man and keep KJ Osborn conversation. KJ's total stats since leaving the Vikings?  7 catches for 57 yards in 2024 and 2025 with NE and Washington.  I think he's on the Browns practice squad so it's possible he adds to that total in 2026.
