It must matter since you bring it up every day for 3 years running.  You think everyone on this board hasn't heard your p.o.v. and needs another dose?

What you're missing is that the Wilfs have made a lot of bad and mediocre hires, imo because they've lacked a solid process from day one.  And their fondest dream is to hire guys then go away and do whatever they are actually interested in that clearly isn't football, i.e. having a set it and forget it franchise.  How do you think they ended up with a previous GM and HC who hated each other and sabotaged the team?  They didn't have a clue, sitting in their Park Avenue penthouse sipping 100 year old cognac and reading the Wall Street Journal lol.

So when your dream comes true (some day, maybe) and KAM gets the boot, just be ready for the next guy to continue the franchise goal of average dressed up by the p.r. department as great.

They will probably promote from within if it comes down to a g.m. change.  How would that make you feel?   "Whew, finally got rid of the bad guy, now we're gonna really cook with Mr. Success Ryan Grigson!"

When people are hired for reasons other than their resume and qualifications (obviously), fail, and four years later your team is out of the playoff contention before Thanksgiving under their watch...then yeah, it matters and still matters because that single unqualified hire has erroded the roster with poor draft decisions that have forced us to grossly overspend in free agency. Its a domino effect that has played out based on the Wilfs making one "outside the box hire" to run the organization. We all know it. Maybe some don't want to acknowledge it, but we all know it. It is what it is at this point and like I said, hoping it's a mistake that gets rectified this offseason. No need to continue the discussion at this point.

Grigson will wash out in the flood if changes are made. No way he is retained as he's taken almost as much heat as Kwesi in the media and we know negative media doesn't sit well with the Wilfs
