I wouldn't get my hopes up. Its not like the team around JJ was playing so wonderfully. And now the injuries are piling up in a prolific manner.

Daniel Jones made the right choice in going to Indianapolis but it sure would be nice if he were around right about now.

I think if our system had audibles to quick hitters built into the system, we would have seen it at some point these last few years.

If the Vikings hope to move the ball with Wentz, they're going to have to give their LT some help. It doesn't get any easier this week with Trey Hendrickson on tap. I expect Wentz to look better than JJ McCarthy did just due to his experience. But a QB has to have time. Hopefully KOC recognizes that and either doubles the left side pass rusher or plays a shorter, higher-percentage game.

If Jordan Mason doesn't get 25+ touches this week, then KOC just doesn't understand situational football and adjusting game plans to match your talent. I know he loves to run "his offense" but you can't drop Wentz back to throw 35 times behind a substandard line.

Its (hopefully) a combo of the two...
Jones is out, Chandler on IR and I'm not sure Scott is ready to go...
Good thing they signed Mason lol!
Man, this MASH unit at wk2 is almost unfathomable.
Sure popped whatever balloon I had after the Bear game.

It sure is. About the only good thing you can say about the injuries is that none of them are season-enders. Those are the ones that can really make a good team bad. Vikings have to find a way to scrape together enough to pull out a couple more wins until the bye. At that point, we should start getting a lot of these guys back...just in time for the toughest part of our schedule.
Me, looking at our post-bye, 4-game stretch with the Eagles, Chargers, Lions and Ravens....
