BREAKING: The Micah Parsons-Cowboys relationship has deteriorated to the point where the star pass rusher is considering drastic measures which could include a trade request or even a declaration that he is severing his relationship with the team, per multiple league sources familiar with the situation.

The two sides remain far apart heading into the second week of training camp, and are not currently negotiating.

nope,  we have our own difficult decisions and negotiations on the horizon and really need to be saving draft picks to help ease those future cap complications instead of adding to them.
Why isn't Chuck Foreman in the Hall of Fame?

I was just thinking how nice it is to not have these problems. Parsons was drafted the same year as Darrisaw. How long ago did we give CD his extension? Over a year ago. Players pay attention to stuff like this. I'm sure they'll eventually come to terms, but in the meantime, Parsons is not getting reps in Eberflus's new defense and the Cowboys are drawing more bad PR among players around the league.

Overrated and too expensive.

Two years ago, I'd have wanted us to back up the Brinks truck. Now? Meh...with our stacked defense, there's no 2-3 of our starters that I'd want to let go for him.

I'm happy to focus on hoping Van Ginkel gets at least a pick-6 hat trick this season, our D-line builds on the "Purple People Eaters" legend, and that opposing offenses see our secondary as its own ring of Hell.
Wishing a great season for the team, Especially Mundt and Kwenkeu! Big Grin

I would love to have him, but the Vikings can't afford him, and may not need him.

One of the best defensive players in the NFL. I would guess it would take Turner in a trade package to get it done.

Which would be dumb as hell.

Yeah, with Greenard, Gink and Turner as "co-starters," the last thing we need is an edge. I'm far more interested in where he ends up (anywhere but the North), and why the Cowboys let something like this happen in a year where they look poised to return to relevance. Just seems idiotic to me.
