Cmon Indy!!!

Do the right thing and swoop in and "save us" from signing Kyler! You're our only hope!

That would pretty much guarantee the return of Kirk.

Just read that Daniel Jones and Indy are making progress in getting a deal done, not surprised.

Me neither...I suspect both sides want to get a deal done.

To me? Jones is far too injury prone to be hitching a wagon to.

Hurry-up Vikings, we ain't getting any younger!

Let's be honest, it's probably a done deal with Kyler. I'd be surprised if it isn't. All this smoke about they'll meet him tomorrow for the first time and then he'll go on a tour, yada yada. To where, fucking Cleveland? He wants to be here and I'm pretty sure the Vikings want him here.

It's like Legal Tampering Monday. Suddenly 15 guys have huge deals all ready to be signed 3 hours after the window opens. Because they took the first phone call at 8am, ignored every other team that was interested and had a big, complex contract all set to sign in 3 hours time?

No, not in any world we know of. Everyone worked it all out at the combine two weeks prior and in the time since. That's how the offseason works in the NFL. It's all wink-wink nudge-nudge stuff. You talk to the guy's agent at the bar at dinner in Indy. Nothing wrong with a friendly dinner--"We only discussed guys under contract to this here team that I happen to represent, honest!"

Just don't pull a Kirk at the podium in Atlanta after you sign the deal and openly talk about the talks that were done in secret. You get your team dinged for a late round pick by the Commish when you are dumb enough to speak the truth out loud.

I think most of us understand that and totally agree. My guess is its a two-way street. Well, it has to be but his one year cost is probably too hard to pass up. And the upside.

Lol, hell they even call it “legal tampering”, ‘cause “open corruption” isn’t really “corruption”, right…!?  Tongue

He's got boom/bust potential.  Let's hope it goes boom!
