Yeah, its weird. He's like wandering around the city in the middle of the night just before the incident, in alleys, etc. Did a weird look behind a dumpster? He's more than drunk IMO he's also on something. The stumbling around part of the video is after he's been stabbed.

People do that to get an advantage in lose, lose situation for the drinker.

We may never know exactly what happened as he's been released and I'm sure he's retained a lawyer, which means he'll keep his yapper shut.
