Schwesinger consensus is 51. Would the Vikings really consider taking an off-ball LB with their first pick? Also interesting that Seattle has picks 50 and 52 and the trade math is pretty close. 24 (740) 50+52 (780)

LOL
That's what JJM would look like if he played LB!

Also saw Viking's brought in RB Kalel Mullings in for a visit of their Top 30. I love this kid's upside and aptitude. Good athlete at 6'1+" and 227 lbs. This is a guy I'd love to see Minnesota sign as an UDFA. Thought about bringing him up awhile ago but didn't want to be a Michigan homer.
Overview
Mullings is a big back and inside runner who plays the game with a healthy level of disdain for the defense, using bend, balance and leg drive to move piles and break tackles. He runs with average vision and feel for the blocking scheme and lacks open-field elusiveness. He has good foot agility for his size and might have more up his sleeve in a more diverse rushing scheme. Mullings can handle some protection duties and should be an immediate option on special teams. He offers Day 3 value as a downhill back for teams looking to add size and toughness to their room.

I did see someone on Twitter post a mock drafting Loveland and trading Hock.

We hear a lot of players we might trade FOR, but don't hear as much about players we might trade. I don't think KOC's going to mess with his offense. And Hockenson's value probably couldn't be lower right now. But I do wonder about Van Ginkel. 29, All Pro last year, cheap $10M AAV, and in a contract year.

Maybe, but I'd see it more as an opportunity to balance the talent on the roster. We have Dallas Turner ready to go and promising depth in Murphy and Richter. Maybe trade The Logo for a 2nd rounder and draft at more a position of need. You can always draft an edge later to fortify the depth.
On the other hand, having three top edge rushers in rotation is a nice luxury to have.
