Brugler: Top 3 draft prospects by position
#1
Nice writeup from the Athletic on the top 3 draft prospects by position thusfar for the 2026 draft. This is going to be a deep draft along the offensive line. Obviously secondary is a need for us. Running back, if the right one is there. Interesting neither Penn State kids made his top 3. Not a very happy year in Happy Valley thusfar. A kid that's really caught my attention is the TE from Oregon, Sadiq. Never too early to start looking towards the draft...

I watched some of the '26 backs a few months ago. In about 10 minutes of watching, I thought Nick Singleton had the most impressive pro running style. Sounds like he's not making much of an impression this year though. Coleman's a bowling ball. Be happy with either of them or Love. But this is not the RB windfall that the '25 draft has turned out to be. Five rookie backs are already RB1s on their team

I think this year it's looking like offensive line is the stacked group where you could have seven to eight guys go in the 1st round
