While we've been doing the Skol Show podcasts for about 6 months, ive never dove into blogging on our site.  All the positivity surrounding Michael Floyd over the past few days motivated me to look into some numbers, which led to my first blog.  Never been an English major, so go easy on me!  Worse than the grammar, I did make a Floyd/Cris Carter comparison.  Once again......go easy on me!

Latavius Murray - RB - VikingsLatavius Murray (ankle, active/PUP) said there is still no timetable for his return.

Murray would only commit to being ready for the regular season, and coach Mike Zimmer said he does not know when the running back will be able to practice. Despite some optimism at the start of camp, it sounds like Murray still has a long way to go before he is cleared. With Murray's health up in the air, second-rounder Dalvin Cook is the clear favorite for the starting job.

Ben Leber just mentioned this in a tweet about Viking's camp. That was the upside in taking a chance on this guy. Big guy, 6'2", 220+ lbs. Good speed. Former 1st round pick. Still young at 27 years old. If he can stay clean and healthy, he's going to make plays for this team when he gets back from his 4 game suspension.
